Design of the Design Guild
- Set up portfolio on Notion rather than dedicated channel?
- obviousunrest - Notion is not the most discoverable, can we set up a link?

- NFT Factory Channel seems quiet - could be archived until NFT factory back up and running - find a new champion?
- Above Average Joe - many have had to change priorities and available time, we should find a way to incentivise new champion - we should request new funding
- Jenny - seems people who are dedicated have stuck around while others who couldn't afford to stay on have moved away.

- Pab - From Mexico, has been working on other DAOs, including Metafactory - is an illustrator but could get involved in design - not much time now but in future interested in apparel or NFTs

- RedVan - asks Veritas to speak to design portion
- Veritas - wireframe has been made, basis of what's being programmed out right now. No big design changes recently, Veritas has been working on prototype based on wireframe
- Veritas - do we have a Figma where we can polish?
- JENetics - Some people have been coming into meeting for first time and saying they are trying to join the mission, but we don't have a solid mission - could be a problem in finding investors - Marketing team has begun to go back over purpose, values and design of Bankless DAO. Do we need more clarity on our mission?
- RedVan - draws correlation to Microsoft in early days. The DAO may not be perfect but the mission is to Unbank 1 Billion People'
- obviousunrest - some other DAOs look far more polished and we could benefit from some overall unity on this. Evolve brand aesthetic
- Above Average Joe - Look at Notion: Mission Vision and Values page to pull ideas on who we are - Marketing Channel for narrative coordination - Design can pull from these two sources to find polish.
- Reinis - when we get multisig and funds going we can make a concerted effort to clean it up
- Yves - one problem is website is a cross guild project. We need a soft vote across the DAO to nail down ideation and design - we need more streamlined story telling.
- Yves - Bankless DAO is getting love from other DAOs and we are getting respect from inside industry.
- Yves - We can generate interest from external via - writers guild, av guild, podcast for internal story telling
- Yves - Web 3 has been a challenge but functionality of certain things like newsletter have been overly technical. The way we build things is super important.
- Yves - had meeting with Devs to discuss elements like Degen Bot which is exciting
- Yves - focus on what we expect people to read on front page, not so much font and color
- Dane - Part of the challenge is trying to navigate everything. We have a lot of talent and lot of content, we just need a little more time to let it fall into position.
- For example how do you claim a job and how can we introduce some etiquette to claiming or assigning tasks?
- Best option for now is to jump in headfirst and try to produce something.
- Yves - agrees with Dane, for now we need to act as lego blocks and find how we best fit.
