Newsletter:
- We decided to whether we are ready to ship on 27 April 2022.
- LawPanda agreed to write an article.
- Lion917 agreed to write an article as well.
- Comebackkid agreed to write on regulatory sandboxes.
- TroySo will also be writing an article as well.
- CoysRus suggested that we can write an article on EU as well.
- There was consensus in doing thematic issues. It was decided that we should focus on the May issue intead of April as it was hard to decide a topic.
- Permioth suggested an article related to governance.
- Structure for Season 4 Newsletters:
- 4 Articles
- 1 Short Write up on Sandboxes/Tax
- 4-6 News Pieces
New Members:
- Sacred is a lawyer from Nigeria, he has prior experience of 13 years.
- RedHatRoss has experience in financial services. He is a counsel for an NFT marketplaces.
Podcast & GTG:
- Podcast: The Podcast is going well. One is being edited and one is already recorded. One Podcast will be recorded in two weeks and the other one will be recorded this weekend.
- GTG: 9 tax submissions have been chosen and the tokenization will begin soon.
Planning of the next Season
- Date for the next season is 18 April.
- The roles will remain the same. Tayy and Larry Florio are leaving their roles.
- Jay the Legal World will take up the note taking and POAP role.
- We need to reach a certain number (40) with respect to the wrapper project. We can ask for funding this season itself.
- Bankless DAO will be collaborating with LexDAO, LexPunk and Aragon to submit a proposal for Aragon Court.
- The legal guild also requires new projects to generate more revenue.
