Microrole: POAP manager
1. Responsibilities
1) Generating POAPS for every TG weekly meeting (including design and creating the POAPs);
2) Ensuring the distribution of POAPs to attendees.
2. success metrics
1) 4 weekly meetings / month * x attendees = y POAPs/month;
2) Distributing in 1 week after meetings.
3. Remuneration
4000 BANK/month.
- Collect Bounties ideas within the guild
- Set the bounties up on DeWork
- Coordinate with Talent Coordinator bi-weekly to plug in bounties with new talent arriving.

Marketing liaison role description
Connects with Marketing Guild and builds the translated tweets service that the guild can offer to all the campaigns that arrive to the MG
Responsibilities and skills
•must be an active member of the marketing and translator guild
•must have spent Atleast a season in the two guilds to understands how their workflow is….
•must flow along with the marketing guild content calendar and campaign projects to immediately bring tweets that needs to be translated to the translator’s guild as soon as possible….
•it is encouraged to participate in the weekly meetings to be aware if there are changes or updates regarding the work flow
- create a Twitter profile for the TG Guild similar to the one the Writers Guild have: @BanklessWriters
- maintain this public profile, post contents and use it as a way to further efforts of Community Building
- content posted could include the weekly recap (why not even grow it into kind of a weekly rollup of the Guild??), Tweets for the weekly bounty and anything else the Guild finds interesting such as translation opportunities in web3 or projects the Guild is working on
- Receive translation request from guilds/partners of bDAO, and help identify which languages will be needed, then create the workflow for translators to contribute. And make sure the content is well translated based on the request.
- Make sure all the translated content is in good quality, and work closely with Writers Guild to make sure well leveraging the content quality check workflow.
- Make sure all translation speaks one story for bDAO (from project perpective) when needed, and bDAO’s stories can go in all languages. Make sure all translated content goes well in assigned scenarios/channels, and coordinate once there is any issue related to content change, etc….
- Discovering future opportunities for the TG by offering a product/service
- Work with the Project Manager to support revenue-generating projects
born within the guild
- Connect with the Marketing Liaison
- Organize and facilitate (bi-monthly) TG Social Happy Hour
- Organize, facilitate and update living notes for Translators Experience Exchanges (at least once a month)
NB: This microrole would only make sense in case the new MPOC decides to take the full role into a different direction and focus on efforts other than community building
