Microrole: POAP manager 1. Responsibilities 1) Generating POAPS for every TG weekly meeting (including design and creating the POAPs); 2) Ensuring the distribution of POAPs to attendees. 2. success metrics 1) 4 weekly meetings / month * x attendees = y POAPs/month; 2) Distributing in 1 week after meetings. 3. Remuneration 3000 BANK/month (including an instruction manual for future POAPs managers).
