      1. Is it time to change our name to better define our goals and/or institution we’re building
      2. Samanthaj thinks our name should change if we create a sub-dao, we’re moving towards running our own publishing house
        1. Suggestions include: Bankless Writers, Bankless Publishing, Decentralized Publishing House
      3. Ap0ll0 doesn’t understand how a new sub-dao is different than EPA?
        1. Nonsense explained that the EPA is really only focus on publishing blog articles to our Medium, the Publishing House would encompass much more
        2. He went on to explain what he envisions as our own sub-dao
      4. Next was a discussion concerning fund and multi-sigs. Do we absolve the 2 projects multi-sigs or keep them intact?
        1. We should keep them intact. Spread decentralization
      5. Do we incorporate as an LLC under Wyoming DAO law?
        1. Sam would like to be able to pay writers in a legal way and be able to raise other funds hosting seed rounds and such.
      6. WG roadmap discussion
