Ex, Notion WAS ‘decentralized’
ONE meeting folder for ALL meetings.
This was a mess.
Once a week would need to fix something in notion.
Made a change to Centralize administration, and DISTRIBUTE ownership and decentralize organisation
Everyone had ownership over their specific org unit of the DAO (Guild leadership could make and change their notion pages), without exposure to different groups. This enables responsibility
We need to be more specific about the context with which we talk about and Centralization and decentralization
