Lack of self motivation for students, we have to rely on the teacher to run the program

Troubles with building a schedule to run the program. The teacher asks to reschedule meetings several times, it is very time consuming

Students do not sign up autonomously to the discussion platform after session 1

Need to schedule more than one meeting for the same sessions

Students do not start creating proposals autonomously after session 1

Have to create a new wallet to generate the voting platform on Snapshot (no Students’ ownership)

By default, everyone can create proposals on snapshot

Allow “authors” only to create proposals. Need to give permissions manually

How much time does this process require? Shall we allow all students to be author or only a few of them? Shall they elect delegates?

Need to allow only members to vote

Collect addresses through a form and whitelist them manually

It is difficult to involve people from different classes to join the program

Let them follow the learnirg program autonomously?

Students do not want to attend classes on weekends

Reschedule the sessions during school time, cut down the learning time by half. Switch the teaching methodology of theoretical sessions to flipped classroom

Students are not allowed to install metamask on their Chromebooks and are not allowed to bring their own devices to school

Demonstrate how to do it autonomously at home

Are students following instructions?

Participants do not fill in the feedback form (and the teacher does not push for it)

Need to whitelist people to access the dedicated discord server.

Included a field in the whitelist form and add roles on Discord manually —> very time consuming

Session 2: it took the whole session just to have students sign up to the discussion platform. Students need to be guided step by step, and it seems there’s a general lack of motivation

For the next POC, it is mandatory to work with people who are self-motivated

The email collection in the website for the waiting list doesn’t work

The landing page of the email confirmation after signing up to the forum doesn’t work

Students are not engaged on the forum

Use a metaverse platform to make the discussion more engaging?
