      1. There has also been a hitch in the smooth transition of the bDAO’s twitter account to the WG’s marketing coordinator, Boluwatife. The marketing department is hesitant on granting access to the bDAO Twitter and they are providing an alternative of having the Marketing Department’s Twitter handler make necessary tweets and retweets.

  1. Guild Updates
    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson1):
      1. The talent management office has been moving on pretty nicely (appreciation to everyone joining in). There has also been a new influx of new members recently. Also, a scheme was set up by the talent coordinator and his apprentice, Quilia, for a correlation and update of members dating back as far as season 5 by having an interaction with them to find out their progress and how easy it has been for them to contribute and the different difficulties they encountered.
    2. Treasurer (Austin Foss):
      1. The payout for tasks and bounties completed in season 7 have all been paid out and also coordinape is going to end in a couple of days. He asked if the coordinape payment should go out immediately after its completion or go out with the guild’s monthly payment. A response in support of the former was given by the guild coordinator, WinVerse.
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat):
      1. The governance coordinator appreciated AustinFoss for the payment updates and noted that there were 42 scribes at the end of season 7. There is also an open thread for participation stats in the WG channel and also for the implementation of the governance updates on its doc. There are also actions for trying to up the active scribe count to the possibility of a low scribe count at the end of season 8. Members can always drop their opinions in the thread.
    4. Education (Tomahawk):
      1. There is a new post of a short quiz on the worducation channel, members should kindly check it out and participate. This is also a helpful exercise for non-native English speakers. And there is also a bounty of 1000 BANK attached to it.
    5. Marketing Coordinator (Boluwatife):
      1. Not present in the meeting but her updates were already given at the start of the meeting. Pending the time the issue gets resolved, the twitter micro-role holder will be helping out in the Marketing Department.
