Initiatives in-progress (at least at the idea level)
  • S4 Governance Framework Design Guild
    • Changes needed to be made
      • Project Coordinator
        • Responsibilities need to include coordinating with the Design Guild Secretary for payments from Project/Bounty Boards
      • Combine all “Financial Implications” sections into one section
        • Call out any differentiating factors for positions/payments within this section
        • Write new section that outlines the process for determining the “Current Payment Rate” for that season (ex. how is that 1000 BANK/hr calculated? Is it an average of the price of BANK over the whole last season, or the last month before writing up the next season’s governance doc?)
      • Combine “Success Metrics” sections into one section
