        2. It’s nice to see everything all in one place on Commonwealth
        3. Having everything on Discord may improve participation
        4. Participation appears to be similar regardless of the platform
        5. The historical record matters and should be easy to refer to
          1. Can we archive to Notion?
        6. Moving forward:
          1. Start with an archival process that will be implemented and operational regardless of the governance platform
    2. Address the Scribe tag and determine how best to remove non-Scribes.
    3. In the case of excess funds, how will they best be utilized.
    4. Formal discussion on qualifying Tier 1 & Tier 2 membership
    5. Detail and expand Tier benefits sections in Governance Framework

    1. Formally define SubDAO as it pertains to the Guild

    1. Work to bring tighter integration between Discord and Commonwealth
      1. On hold β†’ Commonwealth is in active development and may be introducing features that will provide this tighter integration
    1. Develop stronger communication rails with other governance teams within the DAO
    1. Work with Talent Scout to introduce governance as part of the onboarding process. This will include onboarding new members to Commonwealth β€” In Progress

    1. Codify process for updating Governance Framework
      1. Currently:

        2. Soft Consensus is reached
        3. Proposal is written and posted to Commonwealth.im

        5. If proposal is denied, proposal returns to Governance Call for discussion
