- Initial strategic questions outline (final Fri-Sun 20th)
- Add additional lines of questioning to answer big gaps (-Wed)
- Crowdsource answers to the questions: (Mon-Wed)
- Why do you want us to continue doing the Gitcoin program?
- What key priorities should we focus on?
- Wednesday PGF call group activity for answering the above.
- Pair down outcomes to high-level key pointers for each step that drive the big WHY we’re doing this
- Build out details that map out key initiatives and key strategic decisions
- Roadmap to deliver on the vision
