Grantee Interview
- Create a one-stop shop, a Grantee Garden, modeled after Public Library’s open page
- could include some items from Intro Reading Materials
- Graphical help, lay out decision points Grantees have to make. eg. what each round is for, what chain suits you
- Marketing your grant. Key is to include a “how to donate” to their constituents. so will have to sync with partnerships and people that know key grantees
- featuring successful past grantees in a mentorship capacity for Twitter Spaces
- getting funders to talk about why and how they want to support grantees
- do profiles on retrospectives
- funnel/ connecting to focused telegram groups too
- Focus on Twitter Spaces but more people can host so timezones won’t be an issue and we don’t burn hosts out
- Create a flow so that we can engage grantees > Telegram chat in cohorts
