Create best practices manual for handling Twitter Spaces
Template for speaker (for the introduction: current role, experience in Web3, an interesting fact about themselves)
Format (would be included in Best Practices)
How to prep the speakers (format of event, questions that host will ask)
How often to host (weekly, once per month (ie. Last Monday of month/weekly, etc. ) and time of event (whose the audience: NA, EUR, - determines best time to host event for audience currently on BDao Twitter account (per account analytics) and what audience do we want to attract?
Twitter Spaces format - pre-recorded with intro, speaker session, and then q&a (last 10 mins) is live? Or, entire event is live?
Define format (# of speakers, conversational and/or pre-defined questions (that host can provide to speaker before event), length of Twitter spaces event, q&a from attendees at the last 10 mins? (and having some additional questions ready to ask speaker(s) if no audience members ask any questions).
Create team for easy coordination and PoC with the guests
Define roles and responsibilities
Branding - naming of Twitter Event βseriesβ (if decided to create it as itsβ one branded event)
Create template (based upon Best Practices) for format of twitter space event (and use the same format for every Twitter Spaces event)
Introduction of topic title and speaker(s) names (2 mins)
Discuss format of event (presentation, and q&a at the last 10 mins) - 2 mins
Introduction of speaker(s) - provided by speaker before event (provided 1 week prior?)
Conversational style interview? (pre-defined questions)
Q&A from audience (what is Best Practices to bring up an audience member to ask a question?

24hrs Before
Create the space (suggested topics include: [make new document])
Share link with marketing to amplify
DM link to guests and ask them to share with their network
Share link with bDAO Marketing to retweet
Pre-show
Confirm with co-hosts 1hr before
Make sure you have a strong connection
Be in a quiet place with few distractions
Close all other apps on your phone
At Event Start
Ask guests and the audience to share the link (retweets and on other platforms)
Remind everyone the show will be recorded & published
Ask audience members to share questions in the comments and on Discord
How To End The Show
At 10min remaining: Summarize main points & call for final questions etc
Check Twitter Spaces, Tweets/Mentions, DMs and Discord for any pre-submitted questions.
At 1min remaining you should very politely interrupt any ongoing conversation with a time warning.
Allow final goodbyes etc. Then thank the guests for participating and thank the audience for thier time + attention.
End the space on-time.
Post-Show
Debrief guests & audience in CS server in the channel for the series
Optional: Host(s) may choose to gather attendees in the media lab for an after party
Post links/resources mentioned during the show in Discord and tag the @publishing role in your post
Tell the guests they will receive a calendar link to pick a time for a 10-15min retrospective with the show host to provide feedback.
