Description / What is your motivation?
CICOLAB is an early-stage mutual commitment organization for deep visionary entrepreneurs. We have spent the last year getting together currency enthusiasts, gamers, facilitators, geeks and artists, to ideate on ways to augment our network intelligence so we can maximize our members’ capabilities and bring out hidden leadership qualities in each of us. We attract polymath weirdos who are happy to finally find others who understand what they are trying to do, and who feel they finally have a place of real support and appreciation.
We also religiously record, summarize and make publicly available our weekly Monday sessions so that anyone can jump in and quickly get up to speed on our continuing conversations.
We would like to figure out how we take the immense talent and resources available in this pool and alchemize it into pure and powerful magic. We have experts in gaming: how do we implement that knowledge to incentivize us to work together better? We have experts in governance: how can we bring this into practical use to make better decisions about how to distribute our resources? We have experts in currency: how can we use this knowledge to better track our value flows throughout the network?
We are hoping to attract those in Kernel who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work in order to make this happen; the people with courage, who are so determined to meet their objectives that they are willing to fail. We'd love to meet those who have been developing network tools to augment our sensemaking, creativity, connection, and our ability to execute, and who are willing to share that knowledge for our common benefit. It is certain that we could do amazing things together: who has the focus, discipline, and passion to try?

We have known each other more than two years. We met through mutual networks, on a collective intelligence video call.
