  1. Announcements
    1. New member intro: There were no new members introduced from the talent management office.
    2. Welcome Coordinators: Meeting was faciliatated by the guild co-ordinator, Hirokennelly, who welcomed everyone to the meeting.
    3. WG Cohort 3: From the cohort operations office, a proposal was sent up to grant committee and is open to comments and suggestions.
    4. Date for the cohort kickoff is March 23rd , meetings are slated for Thursdays 1pm EST.
    5. Marketing operations will start March 9 for a bigger experience. Twitter spaces for the cohort are scheduled for March but the dates have not been decided yet.
    6. Web3 toolkit update - some toolkit topics still need writers, some have not submitted yet, CoolCat will nudge them.
    7. Overall, the cohort is open to having broader discussions and suggestion for improvement.

    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson1): The talent coordinator mentioned that there has been a rather calm inflow of new members over the week and he is constructing new mechanisms to retain membership. A new apprentice for the talent management office, Quilia, has been placed on a bounty pool to help with engaging new members and upgrade the talent board by use of google form as part of the onboarding process.
    2. Treasurer (Austin Foss): He checked with Hirokennelly for the bounty records and with other role holders as well.
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat):
      1. Quorum Season 7 will be maintained in line with the quorum set at 10% (53 scribes as of now) in season 6 i.e 5 votes to reach quorum.
      2. Proposal: Remuneration Expiration - up for vote Wednesday, members are enjoined to read and comment before poll goes up.
      3. Governance topic this week: Membership role tag management: This discusses how and who should be responsible for the role management.
      d. Education Coordinator (tomahawk): There will be another point of clarity during the week and incentive topics are always discussed. Members are encouraged to join.
      e. Marketing Coordinator (WinVerse): There was a twitter space held during the past week and it was a great start off for the guild in season 7. Another twitter space is being scheduled for 2 weeks time, after the ETHDenver event.
