- Compensation is important to get people paid
- Seeking sustainability lead the DAO to its current state
- DAOs create other forms of capital instead of financial capital
- Compensation is a tricky topic, but we have enough for some costs
- In the future, we can relay more on PGF
- Today, bDAO has PMF only for people who donโt need incentives
- If we can do the above, we can start to get more sustainable loop of revenue
- the DAO went overboard with the headless brand thing and that may have sidetracked us

- Possible org model changes to be made โ may disturb some people
- A group of people representing the change is potentially easier to digest
