    • What if we can be more specific about the impact and adapt the size to our purpose
    • What if the DAOโ€™s purpose is to keep a check on HQโ€™s values alignment?
    • How do we agree on the mission of the DAO
    • The DAO has helped people find Jobs/start their own gigs in crypto โ†’ Can this be the purpose of the DAO?
    • The DAO upskills contributors and gets them the Crypto Skills needed to fuel the crypto jobs economy
    • Fully retroactive grants system can help the DAO be funded efficiently
    • Likeminded people pursuing the mission > token
    • Compensation is important to get people paid
    • Seeking sustainability lead the DAO to its current state
    • DAOs create other forms of capital instead of financial capital
    • Compensation is a tricky topic, but we have enough for some costs
    • In the future, we can relay more on PGF
    • Today, bDAO has PMF only for people who donโ€™t need incentives
    • If we can do the above, we can start to get more sustainable loop of revenue
    • the DAO went overboard with the headless brand thing and that may have sidetracked us
    • โ†’ identify the basics โ†’ build on top of it
    • Possible org model changes to be made โ†’ may disturb some people
    • A group of people representing the change is potentially easier to digest
    • Offer broad expectations and tone them to adapt the new org model
