Proposal
Proposal 1 - kyle
- Tension: Membership of CSDO is murky given the changes with the workstreams and org coordination.
- Proposal: The goal is to confirm attendance and that we have representation from other key drivers of the DAO
- Allow formal representation from:
- Holdings
- Foundation
- MSC, FDD, dCompass, DAO Ops, MMM, PGF
- Clarifying Questions:
- Owocki: what is changing exactly? remove dgrants & add foundation. K: replaces dgitcoin/dcompass + foundation
- Reactions:
- Joe: Would we have transparency who is paid by WSs via the DAO as opposed to by Holdings so that there is clear representation from the workstreams and Holdings
- Loie: Support this proposal. Appreciate this not being overly complex of a change. Itโs not always important who gets paid by DAO vs holdings, can be a stability element.
- Owocki: support proposal, matches the changes happening elsewhere. This is consent-based governance, not majority, so feels good. Irina is working on transition of funds, holdings seats could/should expire when the agreement expires.
- Brittney: Support this. Natural progression of what should happen.
- Annika: support. Feels like the right structure, need to review overtime re: thin workstreams. When we have 20 WSs, this wonโt work anymore.
- Huxwell: support. Reflects the changes.
- Kris: Support - possibly keep as much as possible the same people as representatives. Best to keep the same people per WS to avoid 3 people to attend.
- Amendment notes:
- Changes: removing dGitcoin, adding dCompass, adding Foundation, Setting expiration for Holdings pending MSA terms.
- Elegibility criteria might help here in a future proposal
- Objections? No
- Proposal passed!
