Notes
If there's too much of a lift for an article, feel free to work with them or send them the notes/edits they should make and refer them to the Mastermind group.

Make sure to

Edits (1 = Light edit, 2 = Heavy edit)

Primary edit vs heavy secondary edit
  • If the secondary editor is doing a lot more than the primary, the primary didn't do a very good job. The secondary editor should be compensated with a portion of the primary editor's compensation. (Like the way the Weekly Roll-Up is typically a light edit)
  • Have the author comment on the value of each editor
  • Have people start with Secondary editor. After 3 edits, let them be primary editor and then have a primary editor be secondary editor to vet the skills of the "newly initiated primary editor". Samanthaj (or the edit-test checker) can fast-track testers to primary editor if the editing test was up to snuff
