Narrating the challenge
A challenge we face is ...
Bankless LLC has a pristine and powerful reputation. The Bankless DAO benefits from that, and has become a magnet for valuable talent and relationships.
The guilds of Bankless DAO have proven to be capable of gathering talent, dentifying needs, building products and championing them to other DAOs, rendering a centralized business development effort essentially redundant. Efforts to centralize the information about BD efforts in a centralized CRM have so far failed to gain traction within the DAO, which seems logical.
Our current model for the bizdev CRM, which was built using an outbound sales model, fits neither the esprit nor the needs of the DAO. And yet, developing strong relationships metaverse-wide seems to be a critical value that the DAOLationships guild can provide to the DAO.
Our challenge is to develop a CRM that efficiently delivers on the promise of nurturing the most powerful concentration of relationships across the metaverse.
