      3. We have struggled to get sponsorships in the bear market, the question is always how do we navigate this - thinking to go straight to the ecosystems may be the way to go

      1. March 22 Kickoff Meeting
      2. Going to try for GC funding first (for 1/2 of the required funds)
      3. but we still need to pay for S6 too out of our budget

      4. Grant: Excited for new cohort, working on experience improvement, make it cleaner, simpler
      5. We have an impressive email list of interested folks from previous expressions of interest, find ways to bring them back in
      6. Ensure that there are true quantifiable results from cohort - create deeper DAO relationships, reignite writing passion
      7. Take advantage of the content created within the cohort - work with Bankless publishing
    9. CryptoNexus writing opportunities - Hiro to talk to Bo* again to pick the convo up, perhaps provide opportunities for community
    10. Web3 toolkit update - some toolkit topics still need writers, some have not submitted yet, CoolCat will nudge them

    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson1): 5pm UTC tomorrow talent coordination meeting
    2. Treasurer (Austin Foss): Payouts going out at end of the month, will follow up on notion changes, potential governance proposal - some people are not on payments list either because addresses are missing/not submitted, can there be a timer on how long people have to submit them or how many reminders they can receive before they are simply removed?
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat): Currently utc+7 for the next few weeks, suggesting broad structure for governance async - requires a secure structure
      4. d. Education Coordinator (tomahawk): No time changes for live editing sessions
      e. Marketing Coordinator (WinVerse): Looking to do more twitter spaces, plan is to have them be on the most recently published articles; in talks with potential sponsor for weekly rollup newsletter, looking to sponsor ama’s & drive traction towards their brand
      f. Notion Admin (Trewkat): No new updates; reminder to do the notion ninja course, make sure your notion name matches your discord name
