Purpose:
To nurture and encourage meaningful contribution across all group members.
 
A mastermind group is a structured environment that coordinates the knowledge and effort of a group of people who work towards a shared purpose in the spirit of harmony and success for all. The group offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and a supportive environment. The group helps generate creative ideas, develops narratives and promotes wise decision making. A dynamic and productive mastermind group offers various perspectives, levels of experience, domains of knowledge, and personal insight.
 
Sharpen your writing and personal skills. Challenge yourself to set goals and accomplish them.

Group structure
Agenda
The agenda belongs to the group and each person’s participation and commitment is crucial. The group has a shared goal of each member publishing one blog article a month.
Facilitator
A rotating position each meeting for encouraging growth and development of all members.
The facilitator is responsible for holding space open for the group and keeping the conversation on course according to the mutually established agenda.
New Member Challenge
Set up Medium and Twitter accounts (to like and share own and others content)
One blog published per month
Publishing Work
Group members are encouraged to submit work to BanklessDAO blog submissions, but may also self-publish on their own Medium page if they choose.
Publications on BanklessDAO Medium page will be linked to the author’s personal Medium account.
