    2. Governance Polls
      1. Role Holder absence
        1. Clarify what determines an unexcused absence. Does this mean in-channel activity? Meeting attendance/participation?
        2. Absences should be communicated by the role holder if they’ll be away for some time.
        3. Should we set minimum expectations of roles?
        4. This governance amendment is to address what happens when a role holder ghosts the position/Guild. This is just a framework to replace the role.
