Commitment Bonus

 
Context:
 
Overview:
This proposal creates a Bonus for Committed contributors, provided they respect certain conditions.
 
Committed Status
Any contributor can designate themselves Committed by either:
  1. Consistent engagement over at least 3 months.
  1. Making an Agreement (i.e. approved proposal) to commit at least 50% of their productive capacity to RnDAO.
Achieved level of participation and contribution may be confirmed by receiving a minimum of 50 GIVE in Coordinape [an assumption regarding distribution rules], if all included activity types are covered by Coordinape circles.
 
Bonus and Conditions
Once a contributor is Committed, they'll receive a TBD [say 50%] bonus in their Contribution Accounting, starting when they receive the designation.
If a contributor decides to or needs to reduce their level of engagement below above threshold, they are expected to give at least 1 month notice to the team and make a reasonable effort to delegate tasks, transfer responsibilities, and ensure knowledge transmission.
 
A failure to provide proper notice and assuring a handoff may result in elimination of their Bonus for up to 3 prior months.
