As a project one of the most pressing topics is to attract the talents and skills that you need to effectively fulfill your mission. This section covers best practices on how to achieve this.
Β
  • Where do we find the skill sets that we are looking for (allocation)
    • If you need a specific skill you go to the respective guild
    • Some guilds are not sufficiently developed
    • Other forms and avenues to get people plugged in (in particular Bounty board)
    • Informal or formal reputation system to get a feeling on the validity of a persons skills.
Β
  • Best practice from dev guild
    • Guilds as guidance for guild members to find projects that have needs
      • As a project reach out to guilds coordinators
    • For guild members use role "here available" if you have bandwidth
      • As a project coordinator Tag "here available" to find those people
    • Talk to talent scouts of guilds
  • As project coordinator it is also a matter of building the network, being able to make your project interesting
