Welcome to the first dedicated meeting of Decentralized Law. We are happy to have everyone! Hirokennelly is the coordinator.
  1. Hirokennelly welcomes everyone and stated that this will be a weekly meeting. He asked for everyone’s opinion on how they see the newsletter progressing. Hiro stated that we ship the newsletter this Wednesday. Hiro is also interested in setting up a small group that can help in editing. Hiro has shared a word doc where newsletter article proposals can be entered.
  1. Hiro is also interested in standardizing the language style.
  1. Coysareus stated that there should be the following:
    1. More structured sections in the newsletter
    2. Quarterly rap ups
    3. Top 5 legal news in the crypto world.
  1. Crypto Lawyer stated that we should focus on a format followed by Twitter influencers (such as Jake). He also stated that there should be US-centric updates. For example, what’s happening in the congressional hearing etc.
  1. Lion917 stated:
    1. There should be regional sections for the news section so that all kinds of news are covered.
    2. He appreciated the measures taken by Hiro to streamline the participation so that there can be equitable participation.
  1. Lorena is happy to be part of the group and she aims to understand the functioning of the Bankless DAO so she can contribute. Hiro encouraged Lorena should participate in the Latin America section of the 2nd edition of the January newsletter.
  1. MDLawyer is really interested in the idea of the bi-weekly regional updates and shorter length articles. He stated that articles should be more diverse in nature. Contributors should also collaborate.
  1. LawPanda offered his time for editing.
  1. Permioth is enthusiastic about the newsletter, and he is new to the metaverse/crypto.
  1. Terumask is interested in putting a voting system for articles. Hiro responded by proposing that there should be an article pool to have ready articles.
  1. Cheetah stated that recent developments should be covered in every two issues.
