- Get access to GitcoinDAO.com nation from Joe. Help improve it further both as onboarding for new users, but also as a hub of information for GitcoinDAO & the Workstreams
- Linh: Create a week to week-roadmap for us to work on. With individually assigned tasks
- Share notes from the Bookclub meetings, Steward meetings, Workstreams-meetings and other meetings publicly (think about pros-cons of recording the calls and uploading them)
- Do we want to use Kudos in the Discord with collab.land? For example: only let users with a Bookclub-Kudos in the public library-channel
- How do we allow new users to join bookclub? i): Create a no-deadline RFP for people to join. Let users in by no. emotes from Scholars ii): Invite people who write long and thoughtful answers in the Typeform? iii) Let people in the bookclub based on recommendations from other Scholars?
- Onboarding stewards: i) Create a package for them as they sign up with links to design resources, links to Snapshot, Tally, notes from previous Workstream- and Steward-calls ii) Scott: Link gitcoindao.com in the forum thread OP as the Stewards first point of contact to GitcoinDAO iii) Send out the Week in DAO posts as "newsletter" to Stewards. Ask Aditye to scrape emails from the forum thread.
- (DONE) Fred: Add Joe to the community calls as optional
- See Joes Miro roadmap on DAO onboarding
- Fred should take notes going forward
- Scott: Create a GitcoinDAO-FAQ page for the community with different sections for: i) Stewards, ii) Workstream-contributors, iii) Delegators iv) General governance- and GTC-questions
- Improve onboarding flow for new users to the Discord and DAO.
- Add comment to this notion, assign action items to individuals
- bi-weekly test call: 3-4 people each
- test onboarding for public funding ops workstream
- Plan out onboarding agenda and entire onboarding experience
- eventually make a bounty for people who can help with the community initiatives
