Self presentation
As Members Point of Contact throughout S3 I've been able to start some good practices, such as Language Round Tables, Translators XP exchange, Office Hours and Onboarding to the IMN. I'd like to build upon these good practices and broaden the spectrum of the role in the following season by creating deeper connections with the Talent Scout office and by continuing to gather insights as to what the members of the Guild need in terms of incentive to stay and contribute actively. For S4 I would like to continue my work as per this brain dump: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LiLgkIHOj4IriuDk_hnck8Meu1SxO80AVq0cRTfbc0k/edit?usp=sharing and introduce new initiatives to the Guild, such as casual meetings, mentorship program, introducing personal feedback hours with Guild Members and others. Supporting the creation of a sense of belonging and encouraging the great vibe of team cooperation and work that was born in the Guild last season is a top priority.
