2.- An special link to guide you to your IMN in your lenguage/city

why this idea:
1.- Because when you are new to the newsletter, you get information that is very advanced or the continuation of the last Newsletter, so it is essential to put a link that guides this new people to the old news letters and the start of BanklessDao.
2.- To share links and pages of all the IMN so we support each other and people that speak "x" lenguage can start to follow their IMN.
