      2. want to check growth process to see how best to help joiners navigate

      1. want to get the remaining payment for S7 (two weeks payment)
      2. switching over to 4-week payment mechanism
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat):
      1. poll participation hasn’t been increased
      2. 5 scribes for quorum - increase this or not
        1. CoolCat to start thread on this
    4. Education (Tomahawk):
      1. want to do more async work (might do some incentivizing for these)
      2. bounty to some folks that participated last season
    5. Marketing Coordinator (Boluwatife):
    6. Notion Admin (Trewkat): make sure your notion handle match your discord username
