How do we give legal advice? just like it has been agreed that the guild can offer legal advice to members, Lawpanda and Eagle will be in a better position to answer this

Payment for the last month of S6 should come in when things have been sorted out

Since we have enough money to fund the guild there isn’t much of an issue

Daolexa believes that the structure should be followed, and the grants committee should inform and justify to the guild why they will not be funded. Teresacd also agrees.

Jengajojo suggested that a thread be open and questions can be asked by tagging the grants committee

Oluwasijibomi pointed out that the season 7 budget was not approved and that action should be taken from there.

Lion advised that the guild make the necessary payment and see what is left and if possible make do with it for the season. He also feels the funds for the Crypto Nomads be returned if it's not worked on. Meanwhile, he announced that he was no longer active in the DAO. We will miss you, Lion 🦁

A forum post is to be created around Lion's suggestion.

Teresacd ended with a piece of advice that we speak to each other with respect moving forward.
