    1. Announcements
      1. Writers Guild Coordinape for S2 has ended. BANK will be distributed later this week.
        1. nonsense will work with Ap0ll0 async to distribute BANK
      2. Change your passwords and enable 2FA. Security is everyone’s responsibility.
        1. It’s not just governance, it’s security too!!
        2. A DAO member got hacked, and the hacker sent DMs to every user who has previously DM this member. In the DMs there was malicious links
        3. NEVER GIVE AWAY SEED PHRASE OR PRIVATE KEYS!! NO LEGITIMATE MEMBER WILL ASK YOU FOR THIS INFO!!
        4. Check the url as well - Sites and spoofs can look very similar to original sites, but ALWAYS check URL! (Link this time round is discork (?))
        5. Use password manager to generate random passwords and then change passwords frequently (monthly to quarterly)

            1. 1Password
            2. Apple KeyChain (for Apple users),
            3. Native
            4. EZ
        6. Enable 2FA - social authenticator app is the best option for now.
        7. Recommendation from Jake & Stake + nonsensetwice :
          1. Don’t change your password frequently unless you’re hacked
          2. check haveibeenpwned website (https://haveibeenpwned.com) to check if your email has been compromised.
          3. Don’t click on links in DMs or anything - if it’s too good to be true — IT IS.
          4. Wallet Hygiene - clean hot wallet and cold wallet out - disconnect connected sites.
          8. Best practices:
          1. If it’s social media accounts - change password.
          1. Logout of all accounts.
          1. Let everyone know.

        4. Qn: what’s the difference between writer and research guild?
          1. Writer: Publish articles (short and long-form) that serves the purpose - onboard people onto crypto.
          2. Research: Not sure if they publish - generally team up and acquire info on other projects, does surveys, etc.

        1. My first time in the writer's guild call. I'm from Dallas and just moved to Denver in October. I'm looking for non-technical ways to get involved with BanklessDAO
        2. trying to figure out how to start contributing right away. Ideally, I quit my job sooner rather than later and find a new full-time role

      1. Manuel approached Sidd with GC changes for proposal funding
      2. Proposal includes a Crypto Sapiens podacst, newsletter feature, Client Services articles...

      b. Good Morning News Collaboration
      1. B(3,A)rHunter started this project called Good Morning News (Collection on OpenSea here.)
      1. Current newsletters style - it’s still v web2 style; GMN - looking to see if there are web3 ways of pushing out newsletter.
      1. Everyone can contribute (new, old, everywhere in the world) - submit and if it’s good enough they’ll publish it.
      1. Goal: hone and sharpen your skills —> allow writers who want to make a name for themselves to get published. More editors, more writers.
      1. No word limit, community votes on article to be published every night.
      1. Subscriptions-based, on L2 Polygon (?)
      1. Everyone in Writers Guild gets a subscription!
      1. Financial incentives to contribute to GMN — get paid in PAPER and contributions will qualify to maintain Scribe status
      1. Looking for writers, editors, and people doing voiceovers (to read GMN every night)
        1. Tip for voiceover: Smile when you read! :-)
  1. POAP contest cam to a close
    1. Winning Submission to be used on WG meetings for S3 starting next week
    2. No dates on POAP since dates are included in Metadata
