IRL Event Support
Collaborating and attending strategy meetings:
- Participating in weekly project meetings dedicated to the event
- Working collaboratively on designing the event's timeline and actively providing your input
- Acting as liaison between the coordinators and the Social Media Lead as needed.
Project management:
- Holding everyone accountable for their tasks
- Using ClickUp to detail different tasks and assigning them to responsible individuals
- Posing queries and monitoring the advancement of tasks
- Tracking all updates in Clickup
Coordinating volunteers (if needed):
- Managing applications, interest forms, contact details, and availability
- Creating a schedule and disseminate it
- Ensuring volunteers are prepared for the event and have everything they need
- Including additional volunteers as a contingency plan
- Meeting with the volunteers at the designated time and place
- Opening a line of communication in a Telegram group
- Offering assistance to the volunteers, while encouraging self-reliance
- Offer genuine gratitude post-event and avoid relying on a template. Personalize your appreciation messages.
