Streaming salary + interest

Idea Description

Allows streaming salaries to be created that also accrue interest to both parties enabling better capital efficiency Example: The payor and the payee agree to a contract for an annual salary of 100,000 DAI. Once activated the payor sends 100,000 DAI into the contract which puts it into the yDAI vault. Once started the payee will earn in realtime and earn interest based time value of their earning stream being continuously invested in to the yDAI vault, while the payor will also earn interest on their continuously decreasing balance.
