- want to release funding in increments to allow us to guide projects faster
- 3 months is too long, so we can release funding in half-season increments
- but we need to give projects guidance on what we are going to be judging them
Project Review:
IMN
- self-sovereignty? IMN + Bankless BR ask is quite large (> 6M BANK) - have you thought about self-sovereignty?
- grants, sponsorships, etc
- potential KPI: sponsorship leads - how many potential customers are interested in what you are building?
- how about some internal efficiencies? Are all nodes as efficient as other nodes?
- perhaps look at top 5% and bottom 5% of nodes and figure out how to uplift the others?

- for each node: reach and BANK spend (i.e. BANK/subscriber)

- the funding ask is for April as well - will we distribute 2.5 months/1.5 months or 50%?

Have a lot of projects left, not much time, what should we do?
- DECISION: release half the funding, and start meeting projects weekly
- at the meet, give projects KPIs upon which they will be judged
- ask for ALL funding on snapshot and then release the rest from the GC multisig
- ACTION: make a forum post on this to share what we are doing
