- Notion should mirror Discord roles and channels
- next time channels just have to pin the relevant notion pages they need to have
- easier mental model and don't have to re-learn
- easier to set permissions to pages and sensitivity
- in the survey everyone looks for mission vision values
- having a canonical version of this somewhere would be great
- can just make a linked block and have that on all Notion pages as a reminder next time
- Wiki to serve as initial landing page, anytime someone gets onboarded, this page can provide sufficient context to get started
- How-to guides great for people to navigate the Discord especially if we include new tools
- Each Guild has a list of members so people can navigate who they should talk to else Discord will be filled with faceless strangers
- Feedback form at the bottom of page so people have a way to suggest improvements and not have it lost
- might be useful to let new contributors see what is being done and by who
- also lets people see who the task owners are and can reach out
