S17 Treasury Management Policy

Treasury management S17

For S17 MMM will continue conducting treasury management with the ambition of limiting volatility and downside risk of GTC price movement. This document seeks to ratify the following:

Convert a total of 15% of the MMM S17 budget into stablecoins (50% USDC and 50% DAI)

Conversion will happen through at least 4 swaps throughout the season.

All transactions will happen in the multisig, no funds will leave the multisig.

Convert additional 5-15 % of our treasury with price spikes (10 %+) of initial token price at the budget deposit.

The goal of our treasury management is to limit downside, not speculating and trying to catch any potential upside. No conversion from stablecoins to GTC will happen.
