The proposal has passed with a 12/1 vote on spinning up the workstream
- Scoping out the role in its entirety and building out the above Doc
- Ashish G has volunteer for the role as well as its co-creator, but he did not attend this meeting

Ops Guild Coordinape - Joer
Op’s Guild Coordinape Round will be — July 7th-11th
- monthly Op’s Guild coordinape (in sync with DAO rounds) in S4 ✅
- 15k BANK/mo * 3 mo == 45k Coordinape
- 5k BANK/season for bounties
- total 50k BANK
- new integration with Parcel. Money
- Given the relative low amounts of bank ( about 1k each ) we have decided to withhold Op’s Coordinape payments to be dispersed End of Season with role holder payments
Notion Admin - iSpeakNerd

Ops Guild Treasury/Budget - Joer
- Joer still on Hiatus
- Due to joers Absence I have had to cover the Budgeting role and will have both proposal and budget submitted to forums today
- Joer’s role’s salary will be divided amongst Jarlaxle / Livuic on a pro-rata basis EOS after calculations are done to determine Joer’s payout.
Cartography
- Gonna create a Bounty System that is paid out in short term to enable flexible and fast payments

Create a new multi-sig in order to be able to Bounty out
- Op’s guild will transfer the sum of 200K bank as agreed upon on todays call to Rowens wallet ( 0x47Ce377120ed597852839731BA7e9Ae301773385 ) in confidence that he will then transfer that bank to the above Polygon address. Once complete I will then post screen shots / block confirmations of the transfer.

- Community Manager roles and recap prior discussions as were gearing up to spin up the roles

- Still in the works, discussions ongoing, and looking for volenteers to contribute towards creating the CM role Time line would be to have a fully scoped out role ready to be implemented for S5
- Op’s held an open discussion on possible solutions and ways forward for the community and discord discussion can be located within the Coordinape workstream thread.
- Gioser and Paul discovered the potential sybill attack and has volunteered to take point on gathering the relevant data and submitting to Ombuds for conflict resolution.
- Op’s has decided to freeze the 5 accused contributors funds until Ombuds provides a resolution and go ahead with the round dispersment excluding the accounts in question.
Discussion notes:
We have received some very disconcerting data in regards to L1 contributors possibly creating fake accounts in order to game Coordinape.
Action Items:
Create Governance Framework for future seasons ( Doc in progress )
Implement the Ownership transaction to get the new Multi-Sig holders in place ( In progress )
Need to create a process for off-boarding L2’s. For context. It used to not be an issue due to lack of importance, but as we scale the number of L2’s that DO NOT hold 35K bank increase and they are joining L2 Coordinape Rounds.
- ( we need to make a delineation in between Active L2’s and L2 Alumni. The “L2 Alumni Tag” is to be treated as an honorific and something that is given by the community to acknowledge their contributions, however they do not have to retain 35k bank and will be excluded from Coordinape )
