Split guild funding for S9?
@Baer.eth suggests we split guild funding similar to project funding (KPI-based, give them 50% up front and 50% later)
- links is in general supportive, but believes it’s the wrong time
- because it would be a surprise to guilds
- because it would be a lot of additional work and we already have difficulty getting GC members to collect KPIs from projects
- because I would rather spend the time reforming the grants process in general
- ornella is supportive, but also not at this time because she is learning new processes already and is worried about adding processes to know
- iced feels similarly
