ap0ll0 has been absent for the last 2 weeks AND has not been attending meetings for most of the season
what CAN we do about this?
he was elected by the DAO, but he is not doing what he is elected to do, so can the DAO elect a replacement?
this could be a DAO-wide rule too
the easiest path forward would be for him to communicate that he is stepping down, but if he is absent
maybe we can have 2 polls:
regular grants committee elections (take 4 people)
should ap0ll0 be removed
if he is removed, we take the 5th person in the grants committee election
what about his compensation?
this is at the discretion of the GC, we have the funds in our multisig

ThinkDecade, lucas, and senad are contributing to partnership efforts w/ ConsenSys, to onboard their employees to BanklessDAO.

• to do that, they need to incentivize talent coordinators and new joiners session to make this a smooth process

 

is ConsenSys providing any resources beyond the employment time?

• they are joining as individuals, and are trying to get ~5 memberships worth of BANK paid for by ConsenSys but there is no guarantee AND we don’t know what form this will take

• who is leading the conversations around ConsenSys contributing and what is the percentage likelihood they will contribute?

Since the DAO already pays for new joiner calls and talent coordination, why is more needed?

• New joiner calls are already taken place, and the next one is beyond the 2-week onboarding window. So we need to make additional new joiner session and compensate joiner team

 

what can we learn from this as a DAO for onboarding members in the future?

• one way we can measure this is how we can see how many ConsenSys members turn into BanklessDAO members (i.e. buy 35K BANK)
