Seasonal Funding Process and New Funding Template 

The formula for Seasonal Guild Funding = 21,000 * # weeks in the season should be revisited

Iced; Links Baer: the 21 Hr is too high; many guilds aren’t Guilds arent putting meaning full effort.

Baer: Treasury management recommended the reduction of the Hrly rate to 500 BANK

There are Guilds that are working way more than 21Hr eg: Writers and MD

We agreed to take out the compensation breakdown from the department and project funding template.
