Welcome of new members

Aclay is from Aragon, he has heard great things about Bankless.

White Paper

Lion917 will submit DDDDD’s part today. Eagle has read and restructured the documents. The same is now almost ready to ship after final edits.

We will be posting on the forum so that people can opine on the same.

Hiro will begin the editing this week. Eagle stated that we should have good linguistic editing done properly. Eagle is ready to give 8-10K BANK for editing. Hiro will delegate some of the work as well.

Eagle wants to follow the Bitcoin White Paper Format. He wants to present a proper nice version to the community.

New Season

Tax Consultancy (Lion917, TaxPanda): 1 Draft submission is this weekend. Development, Designing and Report work is on track.

Podcast (Comebackkid)

We recently got funding for the legal guild podcast from Grants Committee.

Jake, host of law of code podcast is interested in collaborating with Legal Guild.

Comebackkid is in touch with Eurekajon. He will basically us with the technology part. Soundtrack, editing etc.

By next week’s call Comebackkid will have the budget and role ready.

He is asking for suggestion with respect to interviewees.

He states that we have different podcast formats for all 4 podcasts.

Lion suggested that we can interview Jake from law of code podcast.

New of DAO (GSE)

Governance Engineering Program is sort of blocked due to Frogmonkee’s departure and the lack of quorum.

Hiro stated earlier quorum was set in November and it has never been passed. GSE has also been blocked. Hence, Hiro thinks that we have to do away with quorum.

Rotorless stated that GSE program is moot at this point. It’s also because of the quorum. He thinks that quorum threshold must be set keeping our past real-life experiences in mind.

Eagle stated that we have to approach a Bank whale to vote and overturn the Quorum requirement.

Later, a long discussion happened on viability of treasury and governance.
