Objectives/Purpose of Raid:
- Promote the values and vision of GitcoinDAO by creating viral memes.
- Marketing material for GR12!
- Onboard new contributors to MMM specifically and GitcoinDAO generally
- Create a schelling point for web3 Memelords in GitcoinDAO
- Strengthen the GitcoinDAO community through collaborative effort around our vision
Evaluating success:
- Grow number of attendees 20% in each event. Memepalooza #3 had 74 unique visitors.
- # of recurring participants.
- Increase quality and quantity of Memes 2a. Generate at least 100 good memes per event. 2b. Increase the quality of memes (by driving the conversation and providing good examples.) 2c. Archived Memes by uploading to the Meme Museum with credit to the Memelords.
Methods used to achieve the objectives:
- Promote the event in Discord servers (do not spam), on Twitter etc
- Pre & Post-event coverage (CT, Discord & other channels). Invite attendees to share their experience and memes on various channels, in order to spread Memepalooza into their circles. Ask winners of NFT/quad dip/raffles to post on socials about their experience.
- Collect feedback from participants, analyze it and make improvements for future events.
- Generating a series of promotional posts, including a video where the general vibe of the event expressed in playful and engaging manner.
-Invite other DAOs to collaborate and participate in the event.
-Create incentives to make reoccuring participation attractive for talanted Memelords.
