Opened with a discussion on how to compensate the core group.
It landed with an agreement to do a solid 50k to Brianl and the other 50k to be shared across the other runner-ups through a coordinate at the end of the season.
 
Working the task board:
  • Maps will update when configured properly (resolved)
  • PLM checkpoint (will be included)
  • Weekly project reports (There's a form that could be improved by leveraging the built-in Sobol reporting tools)
  • How can this be better included in the onboarding process? (There is first-quest and then there are guild-specific first-quest paths.)
    • There are community stewards here too and they should have something to give to new members (using the analogy of an amusement park the person in the booth gives you a map of the place)
    • First Quest is likely to change entirely and be replaced by the Gateway project
    • The model is supposed to be as follows: first quest → guild talent coordinator → project team
  • The state of the POAP plan. Main blockers are how to determine from Sobol who has filled out their profile and to what degree.
  • Task tracking pattern discussed for how we will work going forward:
    • Work the main board
    • Break out todo lists within each card by the individuals who own that card
  • Review of levels:
    • guest pass (provisional addition)
    • l1 (35k)
    • l2 (35k and nomination)
  • Bpetes will do a loom video demonstrating the reporting functions. The main idea behind the way Sobol sees this is as key milestones and KPI’s (the executive summary level and avoid being a bloated swiss army knife)
