Projects don’t always fit in one guild, so switch out the guilds field with contributors field and accept discord handles. (Action Item)

Current Proposals

Treasury, Translators, and Developers Guild have proposals in place. Float the form around to other guilds for outreach.

BANK Distribution

BANK distribution: 5m distributed to 13 guilds. If all goes well, we can start distributing funding to guild multisigs on a rolling basis once their applications have been reviewed & cleared.

Salary Distribution

Some members are needing to get paid sooner rather than later. How can we best accommodate those? Streaming salaries was brought up, providing the ability to claim what someone has been able to earn up to the point that they need to claim it. Kouros brought up Superfluid, and Above Average Joe brought up Alchemix. Some of this is predicated on the diversity of the DAO treasury.

A liquidity mining project was suggested. Above Average Joe is working on a proposal to help increase the value of BANK. There was a good amount of discussion surrounding the tokenomics of BANK. Setting up and providing an 80/20 BANK/ETH liquidity pool on Balancer.

Action Items:

☐ Icedcool: Remove Guilds involved —> replace contributors involved

☐ Kouros outreach to guilds

☐ Above Average Joe to build out liquidity proposal
