Newsletter:

We shipped the newsletter yesterday. We are left with one article for the upcoming issue.

We need two more articles for the next issue.

Lawpanda will be ready with Tezos article for the next issue. Lawpanda is working hard to keep the content limited to 1000 words.

Lion917 volunteered to write an article.

Permioth volunteered to write as well.

We need to decide whether we should switch to 1 issue for month or 2.

We are seeing a lack of participation. However, we could reduce the size of the newsletter.

From sponsor point of view, it is better to remain bi-weekly.

For next interview we are getting a Yale Alumnus active in Securities law.

Eagle has a few suggestions as well for interviews.

Eagle volunteered to write for the first issue of April.

Icedcool's question

Icedcool wants to swap 30 million BANKs in exchange of a stable coins. We are also getting a good value for BANKs.

There are legal implications of the same:

We have to read about the legal nature of the exchanging entity.

The proposal is not currently in its final form.

Exchange of tokens can be looked at as sale as well. However, it is important to understand the nature of transaction from a legal stand point.

Fracks has 2 tokens (stable and governance) and there is also a third coin in picture.

Bankless has no legal wrapper so it’s important to ascertain liability.

Eagle was apprehensive as if there is a 30-million-coin swap, the entity could swap it instantly and kill the market for BANKs. Hence, there must be a vesting period. On the other hand, this is good for treasury as this leads to diversification.

Planning of the next Season

Lawpanda and DAOLAW want to work on legal entity project. They are working on the proposal. He will submit the first draft of the proposal early next week.

Eagle wants to move fast.

Eagle urged that the guild should support Lion917 and rotorless for GC and GSE.
