Clear definition of what they are and what They will do for the customer (WIFM)

Access to tools can be clunky. Took a while to get what I needed to start doing work. Not all work on board is clearly defined and ready to pick up.

They just aren’t mature yet and we don’t have the skills and capacity to offer them
