From last weeks action items

• Degen Coordinape form ready to be implmented.

• first quest: going along well.
"Meet a mentors" channel is going on well
Coordinated effort to help people to find and stick to guilds

 

DoubleB joining on foreign language proposal

• Was in contact with some native Latin American discord members and they are struggling with keeping up with the American channels content.

• Is it possible to setup foreign language community channel?

• Idea: Scrap regions and replace with languages

• It would be a great to learn more through this action how a multi language DAO should work.
An automated translation feature would be a massive friction reduction in crossing language barriers.

• DoubleB is willing to bring this to a forum proposal!

 

WealthHunters.ETH joining with two thoughts

• Feels his ambition and excitement when joining the DAO made him choose more guilds than he could digest. He suggests to limit the amount of guilds someone can join in the beginning.

• Guild select should have a hyperlink that goes straight to Notion page of the guild.

• Coach will take this impulses back to the first quest team to see how we can tweak the onboarding process. But at the same time asks everyone to help new members to guide new ones to find their way and channel their interests.

• We should analyze onboarding frequencies and act on peaks. For example have every 30 minutes onboarding calls when needed.

• Degen should talk to first quest and see if Degen can take up some actions. NFTHinker is going to approach them.

 

Looks like people can grab the firehose and project tags in project-select before they get a guest pass - AAJ is going to fix that with Craig bot right after this meeting.

 

Basic Terms and Conditions / Code of Conduct are being created by design guild. Propsal to house them on the Ops Notion page.
