AAJ or 0xLucas will put out a quick announcement out for members who did not get the DM from Sobol to reach out to the Cartographers

Setup a meeting Ops guild x Ombuds to clarify the roles of both in conflict handling (Coach is managing this). Coachs document should be handed over to Ombuds to have them create a more final forum post on their role.

0xLucas will draft a Ops guild general responsibilities document for the brainstorming session

Sobol

• guest pass members need editing access with a Discord tag

• The tag appears as a general tag, so guest pass contributors won't appear in maps by name

• Adding all guest passes would be a wasted effort, only creating unnecessary dead links as passes expire

• Using project specific roles for mapping will be best practice for now

Coordinape

• original spec for coordinape rounds was to create a guest pass circle with L1s and L2s distributing to them

• AAJoe - retaining guest pass contributors is paramount, do we include them on the S2.M2 coordinape?
run a poll
change spec and include guest passes in S2.M2 coordinape (improved retention)
do not change spec, guest passes compensated S2.M3

• Coach - additional bounties to compensate guest passes may good option
