How can we leverage the idea of personal tokens or other web3.0 mechanisms to make a bet on budding craftsmen & craftswomen without just resorting to a simple donation mechanism?
If I truly believe in the potential of another human being, how can I best support them in a way that raises their inherent value while signaling my belief or consuming their content or merch? How can they benefit from the community as a whole supplementing their inherent value?
It's like trading stocks, except the stocks are actually people and their potential.
