- Had our first Education meet yesterday - basically we’re beefing up our documentation over the next week and looking at how we can roll into group or 1-on-1 sessions based upon education targets and outcomes

- The challenge here will be to make changes without being TOO disruptive to peoples’ workflows and giving them tools (i.e. documentation) to help themselves...however I still get daily DMs for permissions so it might be best to just do a big bang
- Another challenge - we’re going to migrate a bunch of members to guests with full access in their own domains, but in doing so we’ll lose all their existing permissions
- Priorities (which will be reflected in the kanban board next week)
- finish decentralizing permissions (i.e. coordinators handle their own permissions)

- There have been issues with Snapshot re: some recent votes, which may need to be resolved with respect to the balancer tokens used. Frog working to fix.
